After a stroll through Carsac-Aillac or a morning spent exploring the Dordogne Valley, come enjoy our campground with a pool in the Périgord Noir. The infinity pool offers a panoramic view of the surrounding cliffs.

Large enough to swim laps, our heated pool is perfect for both swimming and relaxing on the lounge chairs set up along the water’s edge. Children can enjoy the wading pool, where they can splash around in complete safety.

The pool area is heated and open from May 1 through the end of September. In July and August, it is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

And if you’d rather change up your surroundings, head straight to the Dordogne for a swim or a canoe trip. The choice is yours—depending on what you’re in the mood for—between the pool, the riverside beach, and a nature getaway around Carsac-Aillac.

A laundromat is also available on site. In the mobile homes, Wi-Fi is free during the off-season. For refreshments, the bar is open continuously from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. in July and August, with no time restrictions.

Located 5 km from Camping La Bouysse, Carsac-Aillac is easy to explore by bike or car—it’s a great half-day outing that takes you through the Jardins d’Eau, the village, and the Voie Verte.

The Carsac-Aillac Water Gardens are a must-see for families. The path winds its way through lotus and water lily beds, featuring a fun water maze for visitors of all ages.

There are also several canoeing and kayaking routes that take you down the Dordogne River from Carsac to La Roque-Gageac, Beynac, or Vitrac.

By bike, the Sarlat-Cazoulès Greenway runs along the Dordogne River on a flat route, with a possible stop at the Marmites des Géants.

In July and August, mobile homes are booked on a weekly basis, with check-in on Sundays. Outside of this period, the dates are more flexible. If you’re looking for a stay of a few nights near Carsac-Aillac, spring and early fall offer more options.

Can we bring a dog to Camping La Bouysse?

Yes, one dog per rental is allowed, provided you declare it at the time of booking. Your pet must be microchipped, vaccinated, and kept on a leash while on the campground. It may not be left alone in the mobile home. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.
